As the Operations Manager of a home services business that has been operating for over 10 years, I have dealt with many businesses supplying their range of services to us. Our practice computers and network had been previously installed by a “friend”. After endless problems, error messages and generally a “not happy” network we decided to use someone new. We were given IT Solutions Now name from a reliable source. I must first make mention of the immediate trust I felt when meeting James as he was very professional and knowledgeable in the IT area. Words like “best practice” are very important indicators of the commitment he has to his work. He gave us a full diagnosis of our current system and explained it all in easy to understand terms. James also contacted our software providers to gain a full understanding of what we would require. This research enabled a smooth transition of the changes we had to make. Computers are now a big part of general practice, so when they are not working properly it causes a big disruption to the day. After his initial assessment we began the process of fixing what we had & replacing what was ‘unfixable’. A new server was installed and the difference is amazing. James fitted in with our schedule and was easy to contact. I have also been given a complete schedule for backups (which we discovered had not been previously setup correctly) and a folder with all restoration procedures and contact details. We now have a complete backup and disaster recovery process in place. An automated maintenance schedule has also been implemented. We now have an error free and speedy computer network. After all of this I would highly recommend IT Solutions Now. (and have already done so)

We called upon James to set up a NAS backup system for our business. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently James worked. A couple of weeks later, we needed James again to restore one of our business computers due to a failed hard drive. Although busy, James made the time to assist, knowing our business relies on the computers. I’m not very computer savvy so feel at ease knowing James is just a phone call away.
